Today and Tomorrow, Cause no Road Accident with MekongNet

Phnom Penh, 14th June, 2013: According to General Commissariat of National Police’s website released on June, 13 there were six cases of traffic accidents throughout the country. Those cases caused three deaths, and five people got seriously injured. The report shown that there were some reasons causing traffic accident, those reasons are two cases causes over speed, one case caused by traffic light violation, a case caused by driving on opposite driver’s side, and two cases caused by violation of driver’s right. The report also revealed that five people were injured while driving without helmet.

To spread out the movement of execution of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo HUN SEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia’s recommendation “Today and Tomorrow Cause no road accident” and also remind all Cambodian people and stakeholders to participate as the part of traffic law’s implementation. Today MekongNet delivers hundreds of helmets to its staff to contribute to traffic accidents reduction in Cambodia. This contribution is very pivotal to prevent the traffic accidents which always cause damage to the property, life, money and physical handicap. Thus, it needs to be careful in every second of driving for safety.
